Courtney Lackey has been a commercial real estate professional since 1989. Her roles span asset management, real estate management, marketing, leasing, rebranding, and redevelopment of retail portfolios across Southern California and the Midwest, including super-regional malls, power centers, and neighborhood shopping centers.
Over her career she has managed more than 1 billion dollars in assets, with deep experience developing business plans, cash flow budgets, and fiscal strategies to maximize property value. She began with JMB and Urban Retail Properties on the redevelopment and expansion of a super-regional mall, then was promoted to run her own portfolio, and has since held positions with Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE serving large institutional investors.
She is passionate about helping clients achieve top dollar through the disposition process, and she brings that focus to Arbor Realty Capital Advisors. She is active in several charitable organizations and is a founding board member of SCVi Charter School.
