As Managing Partner of Arbor Realty Capital Advisors, Joshua Levy brings more than 32 years of commercial real estate experience and over 5.5 billion dollars in closed transactions. Before founding the firm, he was Senior Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he led the preeminent capital markets team in the firm Downtown Los Angeles office.
Earlier he spent seven years as Vice President of Investments at Marcus and Millichap, ranked year after year among the top investment sales advisors at the firm, and nine years with Grubb and Ellis, where his team ranked number one in investment sales in the LA North office. He began at Prudential in their PREA program office in Los Angeles.
His expertise spans the analysis, disposition, and acquisition of core, core plus, value-add, and distressed assets, the creation of property and portfolio level business plans, and debt and equity placement, along with entitlement and ground-up development.
