He is an expert in the marketing, valuation, purchase, sale, financing, and 1031 exchange of income-producing property, and in the disposition, acquisition, and joint venture of core, core plus, value-add, and distressed assets.
He started in real estate at Marcus and Millichap, then expanded with Cantor Fitzgerald and the NGKF Capital Markets investment banking platform as a Managing Director leading one of the top producing teams in the Southwestern United States.
