William Stifel

William Stifel is a Senior Associate at Arbor Realty Capital Advisors. He began his career in asset management and value-add strategy for a Southern California family office, then joined the firm to serve its office and retail leasing practice.

He specializes in landlord and tenant representation for commercial transactions, representing institutional landlords as well as national and local tenants across Los Angeles in sale and lease deals on properties from 500 to 130,000 square feet. His work includes well-known restaurant leasing deals, among them representing the founders of Sprinkles Cupcakes on the rollout of Pizzana, and ground-up leasing of the Greystar Avila and Hudson buildings in Pasadena.
